A graduate of the University of St. Thomas’ Catholic Studies program, Annie brings both theological depth and over a decade of parish youth-ministry experience. Her work centers on transforming youth ministry from event-based programming into a culture of mentorship in the Christian life.

As a speaker, writer, and trainer, Annie helps ministry leaders reimagine their approach to evangelization. Grounded in the conviction that context matters more than content, Annie believes effective ministry begins not with teaching, but with truly seeing, knowing, and loving the young people God has placed before us.

Annie lives with her husband and children in Minnesota and is fueled by grace and coffee.

Pete Burds, MA, is the Chief Mission Officer for NET Ministries, where he leads the formation and training of missionary disciples passionate about reaching the next generation.

Pete’s journey with Jesus began in a high school youth ministry program, and ever since, he’s been using his “five loaves and two fish” for the sake of the Kingdom. A natural storyteller and communicator, he blends his experience in evangelization and leadership, while seeking to give Jesus every breath he has.

With over 20 years in youth, campus, and young adult ministry, Pete has helped thousands discover the freedom found in Jesus Christ. He’s a proud graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville and the Augustine Institute. Pete and his family call St. Paul, Minnesota home—and is always up for a good cup of coffee.
